By bus:
From the train station, take bus 4 from beside the Mercado del Perchel (the bus stop is 400 metres from the station). Get off the bus at Calle Corregidor Antonio de Bobadilla (Corazones). The residence is a further 400 metres, behind Clinica El Angel.
